360 Degree Evaluation

  The 360 degrees system helps leaders become more effective and successful. Acme provides a web-based 360 degree assessment system that collects feedback from multiple sources including supervisor, peers, and direct reports.

It collects feedback based on a competency model that defines leadership in your organization.

We have identified three major aspects of leadership: the foundations of leadership, the orientation of leadership and the execution of leadership.

Foundations. In the center are the three core competencies that serve as the foundations of leadership. The foundations are:

* Integrity/ethics. They demonstrate integrity, professional ethics, courage, honesty and dedication.
* Personal leadership traits. They possess realistic self-awareness, demonstrate an orientation for achievement, and take reasonable risks. They demonstrate creativity, flexibility and resilience in the face of adversity.
* Professional credibility. Effective leaders have sufficient knowledge and technical skills in their disciplines and functional areas.

Orientation. Effective leaders consistently demonstrate an orientation or mindset

* to coach and mentor others in the organization
* to communicate and build relationships. They influence others and have follower support. They build collaboration and trusting relationships and communicate whenever possible.
* to focus on customers and to be the customers’ best advocates. They understand that the organization exists to serve its customers.

Execution. With a solid foundation of personal leadership characters and consistent orientations of communication, customer focus, and mentoring and coaching, leaders realize the organization’s vision and accomplish the organizational goals by

* delivering visions and gain commitment. They articulate the vision and strategies, rally people, and gain commitments toward the organizational goals.
* championing the change process. They lead and manage organizational changes by involving stakeholders.
* building high performance teams.
* managing the business process to deliver measurable results.

Leaders in any organization can improve their effectiveness and performance by gathering and responding to feedback regarding these areas from people with whom they work.

With feedback collected, we generate comprehensive reports that enable a leader to identify strengths, improvement opportunities and differences in perceptions among the groups who provided feedback.

The rating shall be from 1 to 5:- 1 being the lowest and 5 being the highest.
