You can define who is to be
assessed, and who else you
would like to assess the
employee. All the multiple
raters will access the
system online. They will
rate blindly of each other,
and can then release their
scores and comments to the
person providing the
feedback to the employee or
the manager if different.
You can view scores and
comments on screen and also
through powerful graphical
analysis of notes and
comments.
Anonymity is assured, and
you can also chase
contributors to make sure
they reply correctly and on
time via email.
Goals and Objectives
eCore Performance
allows you to define goals
and objectives (learning,
personal and corporate) for
an employee and enter them
into the system. All actions
and activity towards them
being achieved can be
entered until a final
assessment of performance
can be made.
The following types are
supported :
During the Competency
Assessment:
Goals and objectives can
be defined against a
particular area of
competence. If you have
pre-defined learning
activities which you know
will benefit certain
competencies then these will
be suggested
Corporate Goals:
Goals and objectives can be
entered directly into the
system. These can be
corporate goals scattered
down to the employee, where
you may wish to record their
personal contribution to the
goal being achieved.
Ad-hoc Goals:
Can be entered at any time.
All goals can include dates
required, text and numeric
values. Once entered into
the system these can be
updated with notes and
actions until a final
assessment is awarded and
the goals are cleared.
Operation of the eCore
software
A full operation manual
shall be provided. Acme
shall provide personnel to
train client’s company staff
on the usage and operation
of the software.
After Sales Services
Acme shall provide after
sales services to the client
