360 Degree Assessments
Most traditional evaluation systems are ineffective in providing honest, objective feedback that can lead to better performance. No matter what the position, it is important to understand how an individual’s  performance is perceived by that individual, his or her supervisors, peers, direct reports, and customers. In our process, interviews of key personnel and participants and the unique needs of the organization are used to determine the parameters of the 360° Assessment. The 360° participant’s managers, direct reports, and peers complete the survey using a secure, web-based application, providing a comprehensive look at the participant. All surveys are kept 100% confidential. The data is collected and detailed reports are developed. The reports include individual and team results as well as suggestions for next steps. An Acme consultant will meet with the supervisor(s) to discuss what the results mean, identify trends, and discuss next steps.
